LaToya Forever Shows Off Massive Weight Loss Following The Birth Of Her Second Baby!

LaToya Forever revealed to followers on Instagram that she had lost 45-pounds since the birth of her second child. LaToya said that she was able to lose 10-pounds in just one month. The mom-of-two said that once you believe in yourself you can achieve anything.

LaToya revealed that she created a 30-day fitness program with her husband, Adam, called, “She’s Tough.”

LaToya’s fitness program claims that anyone can work out in the convenience of their home. According to the website, She’s Tough is recommended for women who want an “easy to follow, motivational, quick and efficient fitness plan that works.”

LaToya posted a photo of herself in a black sports bra and shorts revealing a before and after photo of her abdominals.

The She’s Tough website also suggests that the fitness program is for women who are beginners and have not trained for more than six consistent months.
